  • System set-ups & project-based services divided into two installments. 50% at the time of signing the contract and 50% before the “hand-off.”

  • This mainly depends on the complexity of your project but generally, it will be completed within 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise stated in your contract. The timeline begins on your Kick-Off Call date. 😊

  • I set each of my clients up with a ClickUp Dashboard which has a chatbox and let’s you check the status of our tasks/projects. I will also add you into Slack.

  • YES! You will receive 30 days of additional support after your system hand-off.

    Support includes, answering questions and making minor tweaks (edit to workflows, forms, scheduler, etc.)
